• I'm sure it can. It uses sata laptop connection. I even used in in my ps3. Just make sure to use manufactures website if you plan to replace it yourself. Just in case of hidden screws.

• Yes, in fact I just put this in my GF's 15 inch 330. Performance is amazing. It boots up and she is on FB in under 15 seconds. She loves it. Install is not easy though. The laptop case does come apart, but you will need patients and plastic tools to do the install. Refer to your IT best friend if you are unsure. The benefit of the install is worth it though.
