I used a SATA to USB cable to connect the ssd to my laptop for cloning.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you installing this on pc just use sata power and sata connector but if you changing it from laptop you would need USB to sata adapter or look for the Ssd kit that brings it may cost a little bit more but worth it for future.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No you cannot do that. You would have to use a external hard drive enclosure. You would install the hard drive to the external hard drive enclosure via SATA. The enclosure then connects via USB to the computer.
