To achieve the best audio and video experience, we recommend connecting your external devices (AT&T box, ROKU, etc) directly to your TV, and connecting your HW-Q950T to your TV via HDMI. If your TV features an HDMI ARC port, we also do recommend connecting your soundbar to your TV via HDMI ARC. ^Gina
