Yes it can, both the 13" and 15" models from that year use an M.2 NVMe drive according to iFixit teardowns. Swapping the drives is simple, checkout iFixit for more info!

Please try again later.If there is an available m.2 slot in it then it should but I believe that Apple has started to make their products unable to be changed by soldering everything directly to the motherboard therefore I do not believe it will work but I could be wrong.
