Sorry, I just answered wrong, it does look like that takes the M.2 drive. The link I posted will help.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 2014 Mac Mini uses a SATA connector/2.5” drive bay. This is an M.2 NVME drive and would not be compatible. Try checking out 2.5” solid state drives.
