It will as long as that board has an M.2 NVME slot that is empty. If you do a search for your board and go to the gigabyte website you can download a manual for free for your board. The diagram of your board will show you whether or not that board has a M.2 NVME slot. Normally those slots will be right between the first PCIe card slot and the processor.
