PCIe 4.0 is backward compatible, so you can still use PCIe 4.0 expansion cards with PCIe 3.0 motherboards. You’ll just be bottlenecked by the slower speeds of PCIe 3.0. I don't know if the F15 has two M2 PCIe slots, so if you are intending to add a drive, you may want to check that first. If you are just replacing one, then that should work, but you'll have a lot to do to get your OS and apps setup on a replacement
