A:Answer I am not totally familiar with that board, but I do know that it comes with a heat-sink for what I would consider the primary M.2 location (next to the first PCIe slot). So if this is your primary drive, save the $10 and use what you already have. If you are looking for a secondary drive, there may be some benefit if your parts kit doesn't include additional heat-sinks.
One caution, if you have double height M.2 slots, it's probably not the best idea to have another SSD in the lower one because there is a good chance that you will overheat the lower card. Shouldn't be an issue cuz you have a bunch of M.2 slots on that board
