“Is there a hand wash cycle? Don't see a hand wash cycle on the controls or in the manual, but under the specifications "hadn washable" cycle is marked as Yes. How is that possible?”

Thanks for the question. The Delicate cycle on the WA48J7700AW is very similar to the Hand Wash cycle on many other models. The default temperature and spin speed are "Eco Warm" and "Low", respectively, but can be changed to "Cold" and "No Spin" if desired. - Ms. Samsung

Since there is no middle agitator, its just like the hand wash cycle on the old washer, just change the water to cold and spin to low. Hope this helps, we have hand washed items like this and no issues.
