“Why does it make such noise right before the spin cycle? Right before the spin cycle it sounds so loud I can hear it in my kitchen from down the hall. I called my store they send out a replacement thinking there was something wrong with it. But the second one did the same thing. Is this normal? This is louder than my 8 year old washer.”

Right after the rinse cycle, the pump will run to drain the water. You may hear the pump, or if there is something stuck in the pump like a coin, it will make a strange noise. Thanks for your question!
