Hi StarMan, Samsung's WA52J8700AP and other HE Top Loaders use about 18-21 gallons of water per cycle, and include automatic weight sensors to ensure the appropriate water level for cleaning every size load, including comforters. The AquaJet Deep Clean option on this cycle provides additional water to saturate items from above during both the wash and rinse phases of the cycle. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We had an He and I think this washer is much better. My towels come out softer. Does a good job on blankets.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have recently switched from a front loader to this Top loader. This Top Loader Washer out cleans my front loader hands down !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it does. I got this machine to replace a front loader as the front loader started spinning and making sounds like it was off level. I just love the extra space this one provides so a comforter fits inside with no problems. It gets plenty of water as well.
