• Yes. Ibhave hooked my phone through this port and it also charges it at the same time or you cam view your phone through the monitor and download pictures and documents too.

• Yes, I connect my laptop via USB-C and it displays on the monitor, and to my surprise it actually charges the laptop as well.

• Yes - that's the purpose of it. The USB-C port is there primarily for video input. Today I use it with the USB-C output from my company issued 2019 macbook pro. It's not a good pairing though - many times I have negotiation issues where the macbook will go into hyperdrive and fan up trying to negotiate. By contrast, my LG phone negotiates first time every time. hth Dingo
