“Does this monitor do "picture-by-picture?" For example, can it show multiple inputs on the screen at once? So if I have 2 computers, a fire stick, and apple tv plugged in can i put each of those in the four quadrants of the monitor on screen at once?”

no only 1 device at a time but you can connect more than one at a time just switch inputs on the fly with the solar powered remote.
