Can this monitor connect via bluetooth? null

You can connect bluetooth peripherals such as keyboards and mice, as well as bluetooth audio devices. You can't share your screen from a mobile device or laptop to it via Bluetooth. To send video to it, you can use Apple AirPlay (once you enable it in settings), Samsung's own screen sharing functionality, and of course the USB Type-C and two HDMI inputs.

If you are asking if you can display an image/video from one device to this monitor through Bluetooth then yes it can connect. It uses AirPlay and most phones using android have airplay, I don't know about Apple products since they use Apple TV or whatever Apple brand of wireless screen casting.
