- Answer What "other part"? The Sub? NO!, stupid!, because the SUB only connects to the sound-bar and NOT directly to the TV, the sub cant connect to a TV by itself. Just buy different sound-bars for each TV. Save up if you can't afford 2 or go buy those cheap chinese ones. I'm not rich, but I managed to buy a sound-bar w/subwoofer for every TV in MY home, except for the TV in my Home Theater, because that room has an 11.2 sound system and sounds better than most movie theaters, it took a long time to buy every piece that I wanted, but was worth the wait. lol

QuestionI cannot seem to get the subwoofer to work. It says it’s connected but it doesn’t make any sound. This replaced a previous Samsung set that definitely seemed to have better sound quality. Can you provide some guidance or instructions for me?

- Answer I can't imagine why this soundbar & sub wouldn't work with ANY quality TV provided it's not in huge room. It works well in our family room which is approximately 16x30. Although I believe it can be connected via Bluetooth, we opted to go with the salesperson's recommendation of HDMI. After setting it up with our Samsung 65" OLED S90D 4K, I also test-paired it with my new iPhone 17 ProMax audio, which can be conveniently toggled from the audio remote.
