A:AnswerIf the "other" end of your charging cable is a USB connector, then yes. I use it for my Samsung S5, iPod5 and iPad 1 (which has that wide connector plugged into the device and the usb connector plugged into this).
A:AnswerIt should. It is a powerful little package able to charge the phone (S4) 4 times from dead! This is BETTER then advertised. I expect it to fall off, though. So it should be able to be used with a hub but don't forget you will get a loss of power because of the hub itself.
