• I think you need to connect the wireles or Lan connection first.

• Try to connect your device to a WiFi network and Upgrade to the latest firmware or software. Netflix, youtube and hulu will appear after the upgrade.

• Sorry, it came loaded on my dvd player. If it's not loaded, not sure if you can install them on the dvd player.
