I went ahead and used an ethernet cable from my player to my router because I don't know alot about setting up wireless. you can get really long ones and I'll just deal with the cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You could try unplugging your router for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. Make sure you do NOT have WEP security for your router, you want at the minimum WPA-PSK. Try changing the password on your router if you can as well. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have gone through the "Settings" process in your blue ray player and cannot see your router then I think there's a problem with this unit. If however your device recognizes your modem but reception is weak, perhaps you need a WiFi signal booster if your modem is at a distance. However with a dual band router that is very unlikely.
