Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried disconnecting the router and modem? . Disconnect modem from wall first. Then discount router. Count to 20. Then plug modum first. Count to ten, then plug router back in. It works most of the for me. Hope this helps. If not call your provider they can assist you back. Good luck.

Please try again later.sounds like you're connected to the access point but the access point your wireless router is not connected to your outside internet. reboot your wireless access point or router and try again. if that does not work try to enable your advanced features of port forwarding you could have a firewall blocking your pork with you to get access even though you have internet connectivity through other devices. This does not work try to get a friend to worker to come over and look at it.
