Answering you 1/2015, Netflix is one of the apps available. It sounds like you need to update your firmware. Then you should be able to access Netflix though your player.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. On the Blu-ray player go to the options menu and there should be an option to update. Choose it and it'll update your Blu-ray player and add some apps including Netflix.
