• you can do this is by changing your AP region settings. you will have to change it from united states.

• bobmanc, The BBC News App is available on the following models: http://www.samsung.com/us/appstore/app/G00000798172-compatible Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that the BD-F5700 is a compatible model, but the BD-F5900 and the BD-F6700 model both have the BBC News App. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
