• I'm using a Forest and it works great. The Cinnamon is pricey but also works well.

• Any Cat 5 or Cat 6 will work. I have 2 SAMSUNG SMART TV'S and one has cat5 and other cat6 & I see no difference.

• We buy our internet items at Fry's Electronics. The cables we use are CAT 5e.
