QuestionI am confused, why don't you make a Refrigerator in Blue Steel? What is the difference between blue glass and blue steel? It doesn't make sense to make two different blues???? I want to get stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in the same blue. thanks

- Answer Thanks so much for asking, JoJoNoNo! The navy color series of BESPOKE model appliances will have matching exteriors. However, because the BESPOKE model refrigerator uses glass panels on the front, it is labeled as "Navy Glass" colored. On the other hand the range and dishwasher have metal exteriors and are therefore labeled as "Navy Steel" colored. ^Jecca

QuestionWidth. Is this actually 36” or is that the typical category it falls into. I’ve noticed some grudges will have a 35.xx width msmt but be in the 36” category. I need a 35.625 width. I love this. I want it to fit!! ;)

- Answer Thanks so much for asking, Sioux! The full dimensions of this model are: 35 7/8" x 73" x 28 3/4". However, Samsung does recommend leaving a minimum of two inches of clearance on all sides. This allows the refrigerator to vent properly, and helps prevent cooling issues. ^Jecca

QuestionDo you have to buy panels with this, or does it come with 4? It lets you choose a color, so I'm guessing it comes as what you choose and then you can buy panels as needed?

- Answer Nop it doesn't come with panels. You have to purchase separate each cost around 100 so you grand total is going to be around 3000.

QuestionThe color shows matte black for the panels. Does this color match the black stainless of other appliances such as stove or dishwasher?

- Answer We have all black appliances. We think the matte black works really well! It’s beautiful!! But I would NOT recommend for kids. Unless fingerprints don’t bother you. I just keep a micro fiber cloth nearby to clean any prints that happen as it’s just my hubby and I. It’s just so pretty and clean that I’m willing to sacrifice. The black stainless steel (fingerprint resistant) was not an option as it’s quite gray and not really black. Even though the pic looks dark gray it’s more black and blends really well with the rest of the appliances.

QuestionThe Samsung site seems to offer many panel colors that are not reflected here at Best Buy. Are other panel colors available? If not, any idea when they will be? We're looking specifically for the Gray color; curiously many other retailers also lack gray.

QuestionTrying to determine if the counter depth bespoke will fit. I have cabinets above that measure 71 3/4" h. Per the specs it appears the main body part of the fridge would fit under cabinets and the doors would stick out (which they would need to anyway). ?

QuestionWhy were the panels set to 73" height but the hinge height is ~72"? This will create a lot of conflict for people with cabinets above the refrigerator.

- Answer Hi there JasonBB! I'm sorry for any confusion about this. For this model, the hinges are actually slightly recessed into the frame of the refrigerator. You can see this in some of the close up pictures with the doors open. Because of this, the panel will reach higher than where the hinge is, and therefore must be slightly longer. ^Jecca

Questionheight to hinge is 71 7/8, is that the height needed for it to fit under for cabinets? The 73 height is only because the door panel is a bit higher to give the built in look, and possibly overlap a cabinet which bottoms at say 72.5, right?
