• A:Answer The answer provided above is incorrect. You absolutely can change the stainless panels on this model to a different color of your choosing! All BESPOKE refrigerators have the capability to have their panels swapped; it does not matter if it's a 3-Door, 4-Door and 4-Door Flex model. If it is branded as BESPOKE the panels CAN be changed.

Q: QuestionWe ordered the Counter depth French 4 nd now I'm worried about space. Do the door shelves hold gallons of milk or juice or 2L bottles. Had anyone found this model with beverage station to be too small? we current have a standard side by side old fridge.

• A:Answer We store 4 gallons of milk in it Also out litre juice bottles It did force us to take stock of the sauce and pickle and mustard bottles The middle draw works well The water station for us is excellent The freezer is tight for space and is limited with a half partition Overall I’d say it’s the best fridge we have had Hope that helps

Q: QuestionI ordered the samsung flex 4 refrigerator. Do I need to purchase separately a kit to hook up ice maker? Which one?

• A:Answer Most importantly, note that the installer can not do anything but bring the refrigerator in your house. He can't disconnect the water line on your old fridge or hook up the line on your new fridge. I just learned this the hard way in spite of what I had in writing from my order and the fact that I joined Total Tech which was supposed to provide extra services.

Q: QuestionHello, We don't use much ice regularly. Can we turn off the ice maker and use the drawer for freezer space most of the time? Alternatively, can we turn off the mini-cubes so we can use half of the ice drawer for ice, and the other half for food?

• A:Answer Hi NotAnIceQueen, We understand your question about the ice maker and whether it can be turned off and if the space for the ice maker can be used for something other than ice. You can turn the Ice Maker on or off. Head over to the control panel located inside the fridge on the right side. Press the ice maker button until the cubed ice on and ice bites on indicator are turned off. You may also just select cubed ice instead of ice bites so one compartment of the ice bucket can be utilized for ice and the other for food. As a general rule, if the light indicators for Cubed Ice On and Ice Bites On are lit, they are in operation. Leo

It is recommended to flush 3 gallons of water through the filter before drinking or using the water from the refrigerator. To flush, press a large glass or cup against the water dispenser lever. Fill the glass, empty it, and then repeat. In addition, let the ice maker make ice for 1 to 2 days. Over that period, throw out the first 1 or 2 buckets of ice the ice maker makes to ensure all impurities have been removed from the water line. Leo

• A:Answer You have to open the right door look on the bottom inside of the fridge and there is a button that says auto fill for pitcher you press that and hold it, and make sure both doors are closed and it will fill automatically while the doors are closed. It will not fill if the door is open.
