You may need to purchase a water purification system to do that. Our water filters are NSF*-certified to remove many contaminants. The fridge has a standard stainless finish, and a soft rag would be handy to remove fingerprints. If you have no plans on using the refill station, make sure the water source is turned off same goes for the ice maker, as turning off the water source will also render the ice maker unusable.
