Yes it will alert you to any of the above.

There are some other features like power management, Sabbath mode, and power cool. As far as the alerts, I have not yet had a power outage but smartthings usually says when things go offline. When the door is open longer than a minute an alert is sent for the door being open. I hope this is helpful.
