A:AnswerI have not experienced that but this question is best answered by the customer service technician. I think it could be that the temperature is too low but again I am not sure . Mine works fine so far.

I measured while opening the doors and any protrusion more than 3.4 inches will open fully.
It's the same on both sides.
A:AnswerYou option would be to buy the bespoke panel less and pay for the color panels you want but at the end it’s almost the same because the panel themselves are pricey but there is an option to choose the colors of panel but I don’t know the price on that one but it’s totally worth it
A:AnswerIf not changed, the unit comes with the auto fill pitcher setting off. If you connect to the app on your phone, you will be able to change the setting.
A:AnswerOur water pitcher won't fill all the way up either. Consistently 1/3 full. I read you have to keep pitcher free of droplets and "fog" or the sensors don't think it needs filling. We wipe it down (in and out) and it improves, but not 100%. IDK, work in progress? The self-serve filling is a bit slow as well.
