So I see that you need to purchase two of the panels separately, if you want them a different color.. do they come with stock doors if you want to purchase it whatever color it comes in regularly ? Or is it just missing the doors completely null

The doors come with a single color already. If you want colors other than what the fridge came with, you'll need to purchase those.

The top panels  and 1 bottom panel are already installed and Samsung says we can order another bottom panel color FREE

You have to order the door panels you want.  So many to choose from. We are old school and went with the stainless steel. But you can always purchase different colors later if you want

You will have to purchase the panels separately for this BESPOKE refrigerator, the doors come with the refrigerator. The refrigerator will not come with any panels when ordered unless you have purchased them separately. The panels which were purchased separately will need to be installed by a professional installer.

Short answer is, "yes, you have to ourchase the panels separately." But, remember the tablet side is always the white glass. So, if you want a two tone you are either getting whitbon topn or no tablet.
