“I recently got the washer and when I did my first load it was spinning violently. The load was not small or large, it was a medium size, and they were no big items. I also used level 3 for spinning and t was still spinning violently. Any insight?”

This sounds like you still have your shipping bolts in the machine. When installing did you remember to remove all four shipping bolts on the back of the machine? These stop the barrel from being able to move freely causing all the velocity to go through the machine instead.
