QuestionCan I get this model or something like it with handles, and without the water dispenser and ice maker?

- Answer It doesn't show on this picture, but instead of handles, there is a LED type light just on the inside of the door ( not inside, just in the crease of both doors) that you just lightly touch and the door opens automatically. We have found this much easier than having a protruding handle. If you want actual handles and without the dispenser and ice maker, you would have to search for a different model. Stick with the "bespoke" label with Samsung as it indicates a better Samsung product.

- Answer Hi, I haven't had that problem yet with mine. I have in the past with our original refrigerator usually when the freezer door isn't totally closed but with our new one, the door automatically closes. Maybe contact the manufacturer or Best Buy if you have protection on it. Maybe the temperature isn't set low enough in the freezer?

- Answer Yes, Kara, the hinges are upfront with the proper clearance of 70 1/8 inches (1782 mm). , please allow 2.5 inches of clearance on the hinge side of the refrigerator when installing it next to a wall where the handle may make contact.
