Hi, I haven't had that problem yet with mine. I have in the past with our original refrigerator usually when the freezer door isn't totally closed but with our new one, the door automatically closes. Maybe contact the manufacturer or Best Buy if you have protection on it. Maybe the temperature isn't set low enough in the freezer?
