Q: QuestionIs the connection to the external vent on the top, the rear, or both?

• A:Answer Both. Center back and top for exhaust to exit wall or duct to roof. Need to flip it if you are not going to vent through wall or roof so the air recirculates to the front and thru the included air filter. Factory default set to rear exhaust. If you don't flip / rotate you'll be blowing that exhaust to your cabinet above or the wall.

Q: QuestionIn all instances that I can find it is showing the microwaves width as 22 inches. But when I check out the actual specs it is actually just under 30 inches. Is the 22 inch spec just the actual cooking area?

Q: QuestionAfter install on the same day my microwave top corner near the supporting screw in n the top is warping. How do I fix that? Only the left side if facing the microwave is doing that. The metal is lifting.

• A:Answer You connect the microwave to your Wi-Fi in your house by aiming your phone camera that one of the square barcodes on the top left front of the unit and clicking on the link that comes up. In the menu you hit the sink clock button and it sets it automatically or you can do it manually through the settings menu

Q: Questioncan this bespoke microwave function as a recirculating fan rather than external?

• A:Answer Yes but you have to remove the fan and turn it 90° and put it back into the top of the unit so that the fan blows out the front instead of out the top and then you have to install the charcoal filter behind the black plastic Grill that's at the top of the unit when you have the door open by removing two screws and sliding it to the left to unhook it from the body of the microwave
