• This phone is locked to ATT only and will work with ATT. To get it unlocked , we need to raise a request for unlock code with ATT.

• Yes, mine does. AT&T is my carrier. Not any problems activating and using this phone.

• The one I got is an AT&T locked phone. I actually have Cricket for service, but they are an AT&T reseller so it works perfectly fine.
