QuestionHave the known issues with the icemaker been fixed in this model? If yes, is there a model with the same updated icemaker, but without the family hub? thanks

- Answer No, that problem still exist. Trying to get service repair for that problem a second time now and it's been only 3 weeks of using it. I have call Samsung maybe 3 or 4 times reporting the problem with the ice maker not dispensing ice. It's been pointless. I am close to returning to get a refund and going with a different brand and model.

There have been upgrades to the Family Hub interface between the first generation Family Hub devices and the second, namely voice and application integration with some tweaks to the performance of the appliance's on-board computer. You can now set multiple profiles, listen to Spotify and send pictures and data to the Family Hub from the smartphone and tablet apps. QuestionOne of the things that drive me nuts with the Hub is there are such poor instructions on how to do things on it. Took me 3 months to figure out how to mirror my TV to the Hub, Now I’m trying to figure out how to load my own pictures.
