QuestionIs this the newest model with the improved speaker system? I was told the speaker system was recently improved and wanted to make sure I get the latest version. Is the Stainless Steel fingerprint resistant as well or is only the Black SS fingerprint res?

QuestionI am having trouble getting bixby to work. It doesn't work 8 times out of 10. I have reset the refrigerator but it still does not work when I really need it. It says something went wrong let's try again to no avail. How do I keep it working. ugh

- Answer Check your microphone and pump up the volume. Then, click on bixby app and stat talking to bixby and make sure your WiFi is connected . If this didn't work then you need to call the customer support to help you out..

Questionwhat is the depth with doors removed and will delivery men remove them to fit through door???????

- Answer The depth of the fridge without the doors is approx 29 1/2". The guys that delivered our fridge did have to remove the doors to get it into the house. Wasn't a problem, make sure they remove all the packaging and tape, there's a lot of it.

- Answer Hi Judy, you will be able to use your iPhone with this fridge by using the Samsung Family Hub App, but not for voice navigation. You will be able to use Bixby voice navigation directly on the Family Hub. Yes, this is a quiet fridge. ^Penny

QuestionTried copper and poly tubing, the ice is totally cloudy. Looks like frozen milk and makes drinks taste off. 2 new filters same issue.Anyone else have this issue? Samsung answers/posts link to generic support page, no help. Any solutions?

- Answer We have had the Family hub Refrigerator for 3 months and our water/ice line is totally plastic. Our water source is off the RO purification system and both the water and ice are crystal clear, same as w/our previous refrigerator. It's not the plastic vs. copper tubing or the in situ filters, however check your water at the source....
