“I've had this charger for 4 days and today it wont recognize my S9 at all. No lights. But when a light does come on it goes from blinking red, to blinking yellow/orange and then does nothing. I tried different outlets around my house and no change.”

Sounds like a bad charger id return and get another one ordered and try to charge it inside the store when it arrives in front of a representative before taking it home.
