“I have an iPhone 8 Plus and installed iOS 11.2. I didn't notice any faster charging. Does feature need to be enabled? Also, my light stays Blue and never goes Green, from what I read it should change when charged? Is that only Samsung devices?”

It should charge at 7.5W after the update. The light will not turn green when charging Apple phones, but does a great job on my X.

If you have a thick case, maybe that is why it isn’t charging fast - I have a thin leather case. My light is off when fully charged (only for a minute - Apple phones are always using up the battery), and it never changes color - is always blue.
