so I can't answer all of your questions but I know the answers to some. "U can only bake in one oven unless u make it the combined. Is that correct." Ans. Nope. We bake in both ovens. "U can set the temperatures separately" Yes they are independent. However manual says only effective if difference is 100 deg or less. Don't know if there is a cheaper model without Wifi. I assume that there is.

Yes 2 ovens both convection with separate temps.. even a thermometer for baking hams and turkeys, roast etc built in. Love love love this oven. Worth the money! There is only one other model I know of that Samsung makes similar a little cheaper but it's not flat. WiFi app isn't necessary for it to work but a nice feature. Good luck!
