QuestionI purchased this oven in July. The sales person told me the power burner can be adjusted to just simmer (only the inner ring will be lite). Is this true? When I put the power burner on the lowest setting, the outer ring is still lite.

QuestionWhen I bake in the top oven is the gas coming from the top of the oven? If so isn't that broiling? I cooked something and it burned. Also I tried using confection and it took longer than normal cooking? Do I need to call someone to adjust or fix something

QuestionThe description says double oven but the picture shows a unit with 1 oven. Please tell me which is it?

- Answer It's just what it says, a double oven. Yes, it has only one door which makes it look so much less bulky than other brands. There's a metal panel between the two ovens that allows you to control the temperature of each section, but which can be removed when you want it to used as one full oven.

QuestionHi, are the knobs on the oven easily turned when touching the oven? Either by accident or just walking by the knobs, reaching for a shelf, etc?

QuestionDoes it need an electrical connection, and if so what kind? 120V? 220V? I have a 220 outlet behind my current electric range, but I'd have to get an electrician to put a 110 outlet there. Also, the owner's manual doesn't appear to be available.

- Answer Hi Hpaul, I can't tell you whether another brand's finish might compliment Samsung's, but I can tell you Samsung uses a unique process to create the premium Black Stainless finish on our full range of appliances, including the NX58J7750SG Range. QuestionOven smellsIf you are using both ovens at the same time with different kinds of food. Example-meat and cookies/cake. Do you get a mix of smells in each of the foods? I don't want my cake to smell like pork....

Whether you have an Over the Range Microwave or Range Hood really depends on your preference and local building codes regarding required clearances between the cook top and unprotected wood or flammable surfaces above it. Questionbroke legHow do I get a new leg the right front cannot be adjusted because it is bent too bad. This was a floor model, but I did not turn it over and look under the bottom to see if anything was broken or bent. Very disapointed!!!

- Answer Yes - for a pretty penny! The salesman did show us the dual door for the gas model that we could order but it was out of our budget for this purchase but what an amazing option to have.
