According to the salesperson who I talked to about the features of the oven advised me heat would be lost in the bottom oven when using both the top & bottom oven simultaneously. I have not yet tested it so will do so in the next few weeks and will try to remember to come back and update my response as soon as I complete.

According to the salesperson I spoke to at time of purchase, they indicated heat was lost in the bottom oven, not the top one. I must admit that I have not yet tested this but will do so in the week or two. Will try to remember to update this post after testing.

To get to the bottom oven you have to open the whole door so you will lose some heat from the top oven. It’s heats quickly so would be back up to temp in no time. Shouldn’t alter cooking times.

Since the only way to open the bottom oven is to also open the top, you would lose a little heat when opening the oven. I use convection most of the time, so things cook evenly (and quicker) than the regular setting.
