“My oven door is locked. Pressing the lever on the handle will unlock the top door, but pulling on the handle elsewhere will not open the door. I have not recently used the self cleaning option so there is no reason for it to have locked.”

I have the gas version of this oven and the same thing started happening a couple weeks ago. What I found is that it appears that the door has become slightly misaligned. If I pull up (pretty hard) on the handle as I pull out The door opens. Unfortunately there was a snafu when I purchased the oven and I didn’t purchase the warranty so I’m stuck. I haven’t discovered a way to try and realign the door yet but I’ve discovered that the sticking has to do with the latch on the door being not lined up properly with the receiving end on the door. Good luck. I’ll update if I find a fix.
