• Per the specifications it is NOT a dual sim phone. There is a slot for 1 sim card and 1 sd memory card. It is unlocked, so all you need to do is buy a sim card in the country you are visiting.

• This phone does have a dual sim card slot. If your galaxy A tablet uses a USB C charger (the kind that can go in either way), it will work.
