- Answer VERY SURPRISED, AND NOT HAPPY, WHEN I OPENED THE BOX TO FIND THERE IS NO CHARGER! And nothing online to indicate which adapter chargers even work with this phone. I am returning the two phones I bought yesterday for that reason. Would have been nice if the guy who sold the phones to me had mentioned that "detail".

QuestionTraveling to France and Italy June 2022. Will the Samsung Galaxy A13 work in those countries? Do I buy a SIM card for use in France/Italy before leaving the US or in France? Can I use a GPS app on the phone for driving and walking directions?

- Answer Yes, because the phone is unlocked. France provider like Free,has SIM you can buy cost last time I bought, is 19 Euro and good for 30 days.. good also for the US after you return home, I assume you live in the US. Only bad thing is after 30 days, SIM expired and you cannot refill money to keep using it from the US.

- Answer Per the specifications it is NOT a dual sim phone. There is a slot for 1 sim card and 1 sd memory card. It is unlocked, so all you need to do is buy a sim card in the country you are visiting.
