QuestionIf I buy this with Verizon as my carrier and get it shipped to me do I then have to take it to the Verizon store to get it set up? Or if I already have a phone on a plan (I have a s10e )could I just swap the Sim card myself and transfer everything myself?

- Answer I also use Verizon and replaced an S10. The new phone came with the new Sim card installed, no swapping of Sim cards is required or proper. I did not need to go to a Verizon store to set the phone up. I did everything from my home.

Questiondoes it come with usb charging cable

- Answer My phone came only with a usb-c to usb-c cable. To charge my phone, I had to either get a usb-c to usb-a cable to charge in the common usb-a ports or I had to get a plug-in usb-c charger.

Here's a few differences between the Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy 54 5G, the Galaxy A53 5G works well on multiple wireless networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) whereas the Galaxy A54 5G works on the 5G network, as well as the rear camera on the camera on the Galaxy A53 5G is 64MP while the Galaxy A54 5G offers 50MP for its Main camera, 12MP Ultra-Wide, and 5MP Macro. - Answer I have a Verizon plan the I did not have to change to switch to this phone. Verizon called it an upgrade that had a one time $35 fee.

- Answer No. I simply swapped it out with my old phone and kept it under my current plan. I did have pay for the phone. Also, there is a one time processing fee for the swap out.

- Answer Yes. As long as your old device can still connect to WiFi, you can do it from your home using the "Smart Switch" app. I did it myself from home and it's very easy!

- Answer I'm currently using this phone model on the Verizon network (Lovin' it, btw!). I'm not familiar with Total by Verizon, but I would think that a Verizon phone is a Verizon phone is a Verizon phone. The frequency at which Verizon phones operate shouldn't change from plan to plan. As far as the phone goes: I just went from a Samsung Note to an A53. The note was great, but old and the screen was cracked. This A53 (apart from not having an S Pen) is incredible. The camera is great. Two speakers, so the sound is nice. Fast processer. The screen - Crystal clear clarity with 120hz refresh rate. The only thing I'm not impressed with is the face recognition - but that's not a show stopper for me at all. Hope this helps!

- Answer The A53 does not have a data slot. It is designed to support two sim cards rather than one sim card and one data card, although the US model that I purchased only supports one sim card.
