“I currently live in the US and make most of my calls and texts using my Mint Mobile sim but I need to be able to receive texts and calls on my Australian Vodafone sim. Will both sims work at the same time? On my Samsung Note 5 I have to chose which sim.”

I dont know about the international network's. For me two networks that I use att and mint works at the same time, Text messages are coming from both at the same time.
