- Answer I'll be honest- I haven't video chatted with my Galaxy Book yet, but I don't anticipate any problem. The system accepts Facebook Messenger, Skype and other programs like them. As long as I have a solid wi fi connection I think we can video chat with ease.

- Answer The one we bought doesn't have Microsoft Office in a paid for version included in the BestBuy price. My son got a free version from his college. He really uses it and loves the convience and the orrtability. I bought a MicroSd to inclease the storage so he can save all his work to a removalbe device.

QuestionWhy does the website say that is a 10.6 galaxy book with an i5 processor I ordered it already under this assumption and the more i look now it seems to me that the 10.6 has the m3 processor this is very misleading

- Answer You are correct that it is not an i5 processor. It is actually a M3-7Y30 processor.
