This is not a cell phone. Although you can use internet phone services, the device itself is a computer/tablet combination that can use a cell phone's hotspot connection for internet access. Perhaps there are models that are sold through telephone service providers that come with cell phone data services installed, or perhaps a device or card can be purchased to make this device LTE. Otherwise, it should be considered a laptop or large Windows tablet. Hope this helps.
