No I purchased this for my son for his birthday last month haven’t had anything yet get hot. Sounds like something is constantly running or could be the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not have that issue. Be sure you have your notebook/laptop on a flat hard surface as the cooling system is under the keyboard. The vent needs air. I would contact either the store where you purchased it or the manufacturer.
