Yes, there are times when I had to wait up to 30 minutes for a call back from the tech. My experience with the geek squad team at the store location in Boynton Beach Florida really sucked. I was disappointed with the lack of concern for my question regarding my newly purchased product. I was told that I had to pay for the geek squad assistance even if I only had a couple of questions regarding the item that I had just purchased and picked up from their store. Also, I don't like the fact that a customer cannot speak to a department employee directly via phone call to the store. There is a central call center that takes your information and have someone call you back within 6hrs. One time I didn't get a return call. I had to visit the store where no one from the geek squad was willing to resolve my issue.
