“I have this laptop and it is no longer charging. The battery is not running down or charging up. It's just stuck on 98%. I am using the cord that came with the laptop. It was working just a couple of days ago. Can anyone help? Thanks”

Take the battery out, put it back in and try again. If that doesn't work, check the charger. You say it is stuck on 98%, does that mean it only charges to 98% when you charge it? What happens when you turn it on? Does it work, does it stay on 98% no matter what? If that is the case you might have a problem with the motherboard reading the battery. So it could be the power supply as well. I hope this helps.
